A few things worth knowing
What counts as an AI reply?
A normal AI reply uses 1 credit. Replies with very long instructions or long chat history use 2 or 3 credits, and replies that read a photo or voice note use 1 more. This keeps short, focused bots cheap. Failed generations return the credit. A reply can contain multiple messages or product cards. Advanced models, when available, show their credit cost before selection.
What happens when my AI credits run out?
AI responses pause. Your shop, manual replies and ordinary automation flows continue while your plan is active. Buy a pack or wait for your next paid billing period. Monthly credits do not roll over.
Are WhatsApp message charges included?
AI replies do not include paid WhatsApp template messages. Meta bills those separately through your WhatsApp Business account. AI credits are not Meta messaging credits.
What fees apply when customers pay me?
New payment setups have a default 2% Waabot platform fee. Your configured rate may differ, including 0%; check Settings → Payments. Paystack processing fees are separate, even if your Waabot fee is 0%. View Paystack pricing. Delivery and optional advertising are separate too.
Can I cancel or change my plan?
Manage renewal from Billing. After cancelling, access continues until your paid period ends. You can choose another plan after that period. Purchased credits stay available until their expiry, but need an active paid plan to use.
