How your AI credits work

AI credits pay for the assistant to generate an answer. A short standard generation normally uses 1 credit. Longer context can use 2 or 3, and reading a photo or voice note adds 1 before any model multiplier.

01One generation is not one message bubble

A generation is one attempt by the AI to write an answer. That answer can contain several message bubbles or product cards. Previews also use credits. A failed generation returns its reserved credit; a completed generation can still count if sending the answer later fails.

02Why can an answer use more credits?

The assistant reads instructions, business information and recent chat history before writing. More text can mean more usage. Keep instructions focused and only include the information the assistant needs.

How the credit calculation works

total input and output up to 3,000 tokens costs 1 base credit; up to 6,000 costs 2; above 6,000 costs 3. A token is a small piece of text. Media adds 1 to this base. If a model has a credit multiplier, it multiplies that result. Standard models use a multiplier of 1. Check the displayed model cost before choosing another model.

03Monthly credits and extra packs

  • Starter: 300 AI credits per billing month.
  • Growth: 1,000 AI credits shared across both channels.
  • Pro: 2,500 AI credits shared across both channels.
  • Growth and Pro share their balance across WhatsApp and Instagram.
  • Monthly credits are used first. Unused monthly credits do not roll over.
  • 500 extra credits cost ₦3,000 as a one-time purchase.
  • 1,000 extra credits cost ₦5,500 as a one-time purchase.
  • 2,500 extra credits cost ₦12,500 as a one-time purchase.
  • Extra packs expire 12 months after purchase. The earliest-expiring pack is used first. Packs do not renew automatically and need active paid access to use.

04What happens at zero?

AI responses pause. While your plan is active, your shop, manual replies and ordinary automation flows can continue, subject to channel rules. Buy a pack or wait for the next paid billing period. Check Billing for your balance and usage.

A little extra help

Do 300 credits guarantee 300 replies?

No. That would only hold if every generation used exactly 1 credit. Media, longer context or model settings can use more.

Will a pack work after I cancel?

It keeps its own expiry date, but using it requires active paid access. Cancelling renewal does not immediately end your already-paid period.
