WhatsApp campaigns

A thoughtful update. A reason to return.

Send useful updates to customers who want to hear from you. Prepare your message and review who will receive it before sending.

Start with an approved message

Choose a Meta-approved marketing template and fill its variables. Include the required Stop or Unsubscribe reply option.

Review the right audience

Filter your enquiries and review the message and qualifying recipients. Only customers with recorded WhatsApp marketing consent are eligible.

Send, schedule and follow delivery

Send after review or schedule the campaign. Check recipient delivery states and cancel queued sends when needed.

Review the message before it leaves.

Check the template and opted-in audience together. Sending remains an explicit action in your dashboard.

Before you get started

Requires paid WhatsApp access, an active connection, a Meta-approved marketing template and recorded recipient consent. Meta messaging charges are separate. Scheduling does not guarantee an exact delivery time.

Good to know

Can I send to any phone number?

No. Only eligible customers with explicitly recorded WhatsApp marketing consent qualify. An existing customer record or previous enquiry alone is not permission.

Do templates need approval?

Yes. Campaigns use Meta-approved marketing templates. Prepare and submit templates in the message library, then use their approved versions.

Can I schedule or cancel a campaign?

Yes. Schedule after reviewing the message and audience, or cancel queued sends. A provider request already in progress cannot be recalled.

What happens when someone opts out?

Stop or Unsubscribe replies record an opt-out and suppress queued campaigns for that recipient. Delivery reports show the stored queue and provider states, rather than a guarantee that every message is read.

Make your next update worth opening.
