Paid plans include the features of the plans below them. On Growth and Pro, both channels use the same workspace AI balance. They do not each get a separate allowance.
02Choose by the job you need done
An allowance is a balance you can spend. It is not a promise of the same number of AI replies: longer replies and media can use more credits.
- Free: you want a product link, a shop and a place to take orders.
- Starter: most customers contact you on WhatsApp and you want automatic replies, shop branding or your own Paystack connection.
- Growth: customers contact you on both WhatsApp and Instagram.
- Pro: you need both channels and more AI credits each month. It includes priority support.
03What the monthly price does not pay for
Connecting a custom domain means using a domain you own. The plan does not buy the domain for you. Existing subscribers may have an older price; check Billing for your actual subscription.
- Extra AI credit packs, if you buy them.
- Paid WhatsApp messages billed by Meta.
- Payment processing and your configured Waabot transaction fee.
- Delivery, advertising spend and buying a domain name.

Can I use Instagram on Starter?
Instagram automation requires Growth or Pro.
Does Pro mean unlimited AI replies?
No. Pro has a monthly credit allowance. Extra packs are separate purchases.
