THE SHORT ANSWER

Your plan is one part of your costs. Extra AI packs, paid WhatsApp messages and payment fees are separate. You do not need to buy every extra to use Waabot.

EXAMPLE · ONE MONTH

Amaka’s Waabot purchases

Starter subscription
₦4,500
500 extra AI credits
₦3,000
Waabot subtotal
₦7,500

Meta, payment, delivery and ad charges are separate.

Before you begin

No account needed. Your actual fees depend on your setup and usage.

01Who gets each payment?

  • Waabot receives your subscription and any AI pack purchase.
  • Meta bills paid WhatsApp messaging through your WhatsApp Business account.
  • Paystack charges for processing customer payments.
  • Waabot may charge a platform fee on orders. Check your configured rate in Settings → Payments.
  • Your delivery service, domain seller and ad provider charge for their own services, if you use them.

02Amaka’s example month

Amaka chooses Starter and buys one 500-credit pack. The subtotal below only adds those two Waabot purchases. It is not a quote for her whole business. Payment and Meta charges depend on what actually happens that month.

03Check these before paying

  1. Check which workspace you are in.

  2. Open Billing to see your plan, renewal and AI balance.

  3. Open Settings → Payments to check the platform fee.

  4. Check your own Meta and Paystack billing for their charges.

  5. Only buy an extra pack if you need more AI credits.

A little extra help

I paid for a plan. Why is Meta asking for payment?

Your subscription enables Waabot features. It does not fund your WhatsApp Business account.

Is a free shop free of transaction fees?

The Free plan has no subscription cost. Processing and configured transaction fees can still apply when customers pay.
