01A simple example
Amaka sells clothes. A customer asks for a shirt on WhatsApp. Amaka shares a product link. The customer chooses a size and pays in her shop. The order appears in Amaka’s dashboard.
02What each part does
- Your shop is the website where customers see products and place orders.
- Your inbox is where you read customer conversations and reply.
- An automation is a set of instructions that replies for you. For example: when someone sends SHOP, send your shop link.
- An AI reply is written by an assistant using the business information you give it. It uses AI credits.
- A workspace is one business area with its own shop, connections and billing. Check the selected workspace before making changes.
03Start with one useful thing
Create your shop and add one product.
Open its public link and check the product information.
Set up payments and check your fees.
Choose a paid plan only when you need its features.
Connect one messaging channel and test a simple reply before publishing it.
A little extra help
Do I need both channels?
No. Start with the channel your customers use. Starter includes WhatsApp; Growth and Pro also include Instagram.
Does creating a shop connect my WhatsApp?
No. A customer contact number and an automation connection serve different purposes. Connect the channel separately in your dashboard.
Dashboard links will ask you to sign in.
